Several years ago, I came across Jeff “Hershey” Schwerdt. He was an upstart rookie in the business. Jeff had been a Fighter Pilot and trainer in the armed forces. A back injury side-tracked what would have been a long a brilliant career, I’m sure. But the Force’s loss was our gain. I watched Jeff’s first few webinars as he caught on to the value of rich media programming very quickly.

Jeff is NOT a computer geek by any stretch of the imagination. Jeff is a first class ideas and concepts man. He understands organization, systems and training. So last night I was watching another webinar. I didn’t know it was Jeff’s webinar. I watch a lot of webinars because I generally pick up a tip or two from each. I don’t often buy in unless I can really see some value.

The big turn-off for me is the constant “UPSELLS”! You might buy something for $37 but find that you really can’t do anything with it unless you buy the $497 upsells, and even then you need to outsource most of the work. Many of these products have way too much information as well. My belief is that the vendors have simply collected a lot of “internet marketing” information which they’ve rebranded and have included in their packages. In reality, about 96% of those who buy never even get to step 1. They just but the software and sit on it, hoping one day to become internet marketers.

If you are one of these people, then you know what I am talking about. How much stuff have you got sitting on your hard drive? Lol. I was at the airport in Las Vegas last year with my Macbook Pro. I noticed a “dropbox” from another Mac user was open to the public, so I went in for a look. Hey! It was deliberately shared to the public! Well, to my surprise, when I looked at this guy’s directory, I could swear I was browsing my own stuff. He had most of the same programs that I had! INFORMATION OVERLOAD! I recognized the pattern immediately.

Jeff’s webinar last night was an eye opener, however. The webinar was loaded with content and very informative. Jeff’s system is called “WebWeaver Elite 2.0″ What sold me was the dozen or so plugins that he’s had designed for the package. Over the past few weeks, I was in negotiation with some coders in India about designing three of the plugins that Jeff already had! I knew right away that Jeff knew exactly what he was doing.

The biggest bonus for me was that Jeff outright stated that he did not believe in upsells. THIS IS HUGE! Upsells started about 8 years ago when a used car salesman got into the business. His slick and greasy approach to internet marketing lowered the overall standards and level of respect among users. I am thinking now that Jeff’s approach may just force the Internet to turn an whole new page on this stuff.

I picked up the program last night. I stayed up all night watching the training videos. I looked at all of the resources and the way it is all laid out.

Jeff Walkers “Product Launch Formula” was the standard for years. John Reese did well with “Traffic Secrets 2.0” and Frank Kern really raised the high water mark with “Mass Control.” Today, Jeff Schwerdt takes it to an even higher level with Webweaver Elite 2.0.

If your game is internet marketing and you want to promote your own product, or a Clickbank product, then this is for you. Today, if you have a degree you are sadly behind the times.  Your textbooks were at least five years out of date before you even cracked the cover, and your subject material is more than likely no longer accurate. We are living in an era where the big no longer eat the small.  It is the fast that eat the slow.

From here forward, it is all about skills and abilities.  You need to develop skills and abilities that will put money in your pocket every single day.  There is no better way to accomplish this than to develop the skills you need to be an internet marketer.

advertising with them again. Everywhere I go I find ads from Google to try to get people moving again. And the gurus, well, they have just gone stark raving mad! Even though I unsubscribed from all of Filsaime’s junk several months ago, I suddenly got bombarded yesterday with more of this crap. I had to spend the better part of 30 minutes just getting Spammy Filsaime out of my life.

And, sadly, yesterday marked the start of a new low in advertising. I am getting whacked by everyone who ever had my email address to buy this “Advertising for Life for Free” program. You might have seen this guy. I am not sure how long the video is, but he just goes on and on and one. I minimized my browser while I did more important work. When I was done, I noticed this nig-nog was till at it! Give me a break chump. STFU! What an idiot. Who the hell is going to fall for this stuff at this time in our economy? I’d like to have a sit down with the moron that dreamed this crap up. If I offend you, then bugger off. Go somewhere else for your tips and tricks. I hold nothing back.
